Eli

2025

Eli is a short film exploring the quiet unraveling of a man confronting his own isolation. Shot on 35mm film in New York City, it pairs sparse dialogue with raw, textured cinematography to evoke a sense of suspended time and emotional claustrophobia.

Producer, Designer

I led production across all stages—from pre-production logistics to post-production coordination. I secured our main location at no cost, hired key crew members, managed on-set operations as both Production Manager and First Assistant Director, and oversaw all post-shoot payments.

I also contributed creatively to casting and scoring decisions and designed the film’s key visual assets, including posters and pitch materials. My focus was on bridging creative intent and logistical execution—ensuring that our small, independent team could deliver on an ambitious 35mm vision.

Festival Strategy: Targeting premiere submission in Winter 2025

Both Eli and Frank were initially conceived as part of a three-part anthology exploring the internal collapse of modern masculinity. While now being developed as standalone shorts, they share a unified tone and creative DNA—and may one day be reassembled under their original working title, Quicksand.
